This is NOT your typical Swiss. You'll be surprised how naturally sweet it is. Try it melted in grilled cheese sandwiches, plopped on top of French Onion Soup, in your home-made quiche, etc. But don't be surprised if it disappears before you ever create with it. Better buy a second block for yourself!
