Simple SASS marinade for Local Grassfed Meats & Veggies
Ingredients
- (2-4 TBSP) Fresh Herbs
- (2 cloves) Fresh Garlic
- (1-2 TBSP) Pure Ohio Maple Syrup - 1 qt
- (To Taste) Celtic Sea Salt, fine grind
- (1/2 cup - adjust as needed) Olive Oil
- (2-4 tsp - add to your heat preference) Sass - Raw Cultured HOT Pepper Sauce (SPECIAL) - BOGO
Directions
Mix together all ingredients. *May substitute 1-2 TBSP of honey for maple syrup*
Add beef, pork, or chicken covering meat well in marinade.
Refrigerate for an hour or longer.
