Cheesy Sausage Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
  2. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix everything together until well combined but not overtaxed.
  3. Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the lined sheet pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the sausage balls are crispy around the edges and golden brown on top. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Nancy recommends eating these with a dip. She chose pesto and really enjoyed it.
