Heavenly Deviled Eggs
Boil and peel eggs. Cut Lengthwise. put the yolks in a bowl and use a for to mash into small crumbly consistency. Add just enough mayonnaise to make into thick paste, then add a small amount of cane juice crystals, rapadura, or other sugar of your choice (preferably not a liquid). Add a little mustard (tsp. to tbsp.) and spices of choice (dill, parsley, etc). Add salt and pepper to taste, some celery cut up in tiny pieces, organic pickle relish (1/4 cup) slivered almonds,& onions (green preferably). Mix all very well and put into the little white egg boat sections. Garnish with parsley or spice of choice and refrigerate.
